医学留学生实习期的角色转变(2)

　　留学生工作是一项需要“用语言播种、用心血培育”的系统工程。综合医院留学生管理干部是各专业带教老师和留学生之间联系的纽带。通过双方共同努力，营造和谐温馨的氛围，帮助留学生尽快适应新岗位、新环境，以便顺利实现留学生由学生向医生的角色转换。

　　虽然来华留学生需要克服语言交流等诸多困难，但前途总是光明的。只要引导留学生重视临床实习，并善于从临床中学习，留学生们就有望实现由学生向医生角色的顺利转换，从而为将来的从医生涯奠定基础。
