本文用无血清培养基悬浮培养法联合CD133磁珠分选法能获得不同Colo205来源细胞群经过裸鼠成瘤实验及体外分化实验鉴定表明CD133+细胞具大肠癌干细胞自我更新、分化及裸鼠成瘤特性,说明无血清培养法联合磁珠分选法是分离、纯化大肠癌始动细胞是一种行之有效的方法。我们用RNA-seq研究了肠癌转移基因表达变化,共有14个大肠癌转移相关的基因的表达水平发生改变,可为肿瘤分类与分型的基因标记物以及药物治疗潜在靶点的发现,深入理解大肠癌肿瘤的发生机制,以及大肠癌的临床治疗提供依据。 参考文献: [1] 池桂林,许岸高 大肠癌早期诊断的研究进展.[J]. 医学综述,2008,14(19) : 2937-2939 [2] 黄文生,陈柳静.肿瘤干细胞与结直肠癌肿瘤干细胞.
